These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Our products
195 Trips sells clothing, accessories and related products through limited-edition collections.
Product images and colours are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Please read the product description and check the relevant Size Guide before ordering.
Made to order
Our standard catalogue products are generally produced after an order is placed rather than being held as finished stock.
This means there is normally a production period before your order is dispatched. Estimated production and delivery information is available on our Shipping page.
Being made after you order does not, by itself, mean that a standard catalogue product is personalised or that your statutory cancellation rights do not apply.
If we introduce genuinely personalised or bespoke products in future, different cancellation rights may apply. Any such difference will be made clear before you order.
Limited editions
Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, a limited 195 Trips design may be restricted to a maximum of 195 pieces worldwide.
The limit applies to the design across the eligible variants or fits specified for that edition rather than providing 195 pieces of every individual size or variant.
Once the edition limit has been reached, we do not intend to manufacture further pieces of that edition.
A sold-out design may remain visible in our Departed archive.
Availability indicators and remaining quantities displayed on the website are subject to successful payment and order processing.
If a technical or inventory error causes us to accept an order after an edition has become unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and provide a full refund.
Placing an order
You are responsible for checking that the products, sizes, quantities, delivery information and other details in your order are correct before submitting it.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from us.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement or confirmation by email.
A contract between you and 195 Trips is formed when we accept your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment is unsuccessful or subsequently reversed;
- a product is unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website before you place your order.
Any delivery charge will be displayed before payment.
195 Trips LTD is not currently registered for VAT. VAT is therefore not added to our prices or charged separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not need to receive your full payment-card details ourselves.
Delivery
We deliver to the destinations made available during checkout.
Because products are made after ordering, production time is additional to the estimated delivery time.
Current production times, delivery prices and estimated transit times are available on our Shipping page.
Delivery dates and times are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise.
International deliveries may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
Unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge and are the customer's responsibility.
We cannot control whether a destination country imposes these charges or how much they will be.
Changing your mind
For standard catalogue products purchased online, UK consumers generally have statutory cancellation rights.
Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to exercise those rights, applicable time limits, return costs and how refunds are handled.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, materially not as described, or we supply the wrong item, please submit a return request or contact us.
Your rights concerning faulty goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
Please see our Returns & Refunds page for further information.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns & Refunds policy.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed where legally permitted.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display a processed refund.
195 Trips Passport
The 195 Trips Passport is our optional digital customer feature. It is not a government passport or travel document.
195 Trips Passport allows eligible customers to keep a record of qualifying 195 Trips designs associated with them.
You do not need a 195 Trips Passport to buy from us. Guest checkout remains available.
Where eligible, you may be able to claim previous guest purchases by verifying the same email address associated with those orders.
A 195 Trips Passport stamp represents an eligible design associated with your purchase history. It has no cash value, is not a financial product and cannot be exchanged for money.
We may make reasonable changes to 195 Trips Passport functionality as the service develops, but doing so does not alter your ownership of products you have purchased.
Creating or using a 195 Trips Passport does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Drop Alerts and marketing
You may separately choose to receive Drop Alerts or other marketing communications.
Marketing subscription is optional and is separate from placing an order or using the 195 Trips Passport.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us.
Transactional communications necessary to operate your order or 195 Trips Passport may still be sent when required even if you have opted out of marketing.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed when issued.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may not be combined with another promotion; and
- may be withdrawn or corrected where issued or applied in error.
Promotions do not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The 195 Trips name, branding, website design, original artwork, product designs, photography, written content and other original material on this website belong to 195 Trips LTD or are used by us with permission.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, manufacture, commercially exploit or distribute our protected designs or content without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not deliberately interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, misuse customer features, automate abusive purchasing activity or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers where products were purchased wholly for personal use.
Events outside our reasonable control
Sometimes events outside our reasonable control may delay or prevent fulfilment, including significant carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, supplier disruption or failure of essential infrastructure.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our business, website, services or applicable law changes.
The Terms applying to an order are generally those made available to you when that order was placed.
The latest version will be published on this website with its update date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live which these Terms do not override.
