Cancellation Information
Your right to change your mind
If you are a UK consumer buying a standard 195 Trips catalogue product online, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
This right is separate from your rights if something is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Our standard catalogue products being printed or made after you order them does not, by itself, mean they are personalised products.
Different rules may apply if we introduce products that are genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.
Cancellation period
For applicable goods, you generally have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel.
Where applicable, after telling us you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our Returns & Refunds page contains the full practical return process.
How to cancel
You can exercise your cancellation right using our online return process, by contacting us, or by using the cancellation form below.
You do not have to use the model form.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your order.
Returning your item
For a standard change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where we have informed you of that responsibility.
We cover appropriate return costs where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied in accordance with your legal rights and our Returns & Refunds policy.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
We may be permitted to reduce a refund where the value of goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds following cancellation
Where you validly cancel the whole applicable contract, we will refund payments due under applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not normally refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed where legally permitted.
For the detailed process, see our Returns & Refunds page.
